Hood River’s beloved Edeske Patisserie, located at 512 Cascade Ave., is sweeter than ever with exciting new updates. Owners James and Tamara have been hard at work elevating the pastry shop’s offerings, making it an even more irresistible stop for locals and visitors in the Columbia River Gorge.
Over the past month, Edeske Patisserie has added a larger dessert case and a separate pastry display, showcasing their signature handcrafted treats. From delicate croissants to vibrant seasonal tarts, the expanded selection highlights the shop’s commitment to quality and creativity. But the real buzz comes from their new espresso coffee program, featuring beans from Good Coffee Roasters in Troutdale. With the roastery’s owner hailing from Hood River, Edeske is proud to be the only local spot serving their medium-to-light roasts, available both as brewed coffee and whole beans. It’s a perfect pairing for your morning pastry or afternoon indulgence.
In response to community feedback, Edeske Patisserie is also extending its hours to give more people a chance to savor their delights. Starting this week, the shop will be open five days a week with the following schedule: Thursday and Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Monday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. While the team hopes to expand hours further in the future, these new times make it easier to swing by for a treat.
Whether you’re a longtime fan or a first-time visitor, Edeske Patisserie invites you to stop by and explore their expanded menu, sip on local coffee, and enjoy the warm, welcoming vibe of this Hood River gem. Visit them at 512 Cascade Ave. and treat yourself to something truly special!
