Directions: Going into Hood River you will drive up on to what we know is “the Heights”, basically you drive past the hospital going up a hill and coming on the heights you will drive past a grocery store, Rosaurs, on your left and after that a Napa Auto parts store on your right. Keep going straight and you’ll see El Monte on your left hand side. You can pull into right in front of the Taqueria.
