Chicken Pho at Cauldron Cafe

This month, August of 2026, chicken pho and beef earlier was available at Cauldron Cafe here in Hood River.  Both need to be slow cooked and slowly prepared but I must say I had both and both were Phonominal I guess you can say!   (Pun intended)

Cauldron Cafe is located in Hood River, right across from the gym, The Power Station, but is located at:

1810 Cascade Ave, Hood River, 97031.

 

They are closed Monday and Tuesday, open the rest of the week from 8am to 4pm.

They do serve breakfast, with breakfast burritos, tacos and biscuits and gravy.  They are able to Door Dash as well.
