La Sierrita Food Truck

I visited this new food truck here in Hood River today, as of Oct 27, 2026 and I wanted to give a quick overview.  This food truck is up on the heights as of this writing open Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm currently.

My experience:  I loved the burrito I got, plus because I am wanting to cut carbs, I had them wrap the burrito into two different aluminum to eat one half later as I am trying to cut the carb intake in one meal a bit.  I asked for both red and green sauce and liked both of them, particularly from this food truck the red sauce for me was good.   Great experience!
