I just wanted to do a quick post on the amazing job they do up on the heights here in Hood River.
For those that don’t know….the heights is up top further away from the river most often going up a hill that runs by the hospital going south.
Up on the heights is a place called “Thai House”. In Thai House we’ll find an amazing soup called Pho Thai Noodle Soup. Through this past winter I have been going there for the most part just for that soup. I personally ask for no meatballs but extra beef brisket myself and I cut the noodles in half as you do a nice portion of noodles but am trying to cut down on my carbs so that’s why I ask for only half the noodles.
I love this soup, they make a beef broth and it has an amazing taste to it!
It comes with jalepeno and a side of mint leaves if you want to put those in, also some bean sprouts as well.
