Basil Pork Dish at the Taste of Thailand Food Truck
Yesterday I had the Basil Pork from a Taste of Thailand Food Truck here in Hood River. Now, according to the menu this dish has basil, garlic, chili and of course it comes with rice and cucumbers, a bit on the spicy side but I like it like that. I prefer a good spicy dish, so a recommendation is if you do get this dish you may want to tell them to not make it as spicy because it may come spicy without them asking, not sure though.
