Taco Salad at El Puerto De Los Angeles

Here in Hood River we have a great Mexican Restaurant called Puerto De Los Angeles, up on the Heights of Hood River.

Here is the taco salad below:

The meal starts out with chips, beans, and salso (free of couse) and I ordered the taco salad.  It does come in a tortilla bowl, so for those trying to go low carb just maybe order without, but this was good and for the 10 dollars I paid for it I thought it was more than enough.  Lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, and sour cream this can almost be a paleo dish if you have the taco shell and sour cream withheld.

You can go low carb on this meal if you wanted to, and mostly paleo, I think the taco seasoning may not be paleo but you can get an almost true paleo meal here for you healthy nuts!!
